Calipari - 35 Million for 5 years to coach - I thought that was what I heard. This is the guy that lost to Mike Anderson of Missouri.
Arkansas has a cheap coach - give him another year and we will see Pelphrey do bigger and better things.
Lot cheaper than Calipari.

First Week of NCAA tournament gone!
Well, the first week of the tournament is over. My Bracket has 10 losses in it but nothing that has totally taken my final teams out of the picture.
My overall Winners are Kansas and North Carolina.
Might be ok - Probably wont be ok.
Time will tell.

Predictions for Arkansas Razorbacks
- Arkansas wins at least one game and maybe two in the SEC tournament.
- John Pelphrey is sited as a good coach.
- Kentucky loses its first game in the SEC tournament.
- Billie Gillispie and Kentucky part ways - mutual agreement.
- Kentucky calls John Pelphrey - to come coach.
- Pelphrey says "I am not finished at Arkansas
- Pelphrey wins the West next year
- Arkansas goes to the NCAA tournament.

Well it looks as if we are going back to our roots. The Spanish population in Arkansas has grown significantly over the past 10 years. Maybe they are looking for Mr. Desoto.
I think it is great that we seem to becoming a more diverse society.
One thing I am glad is that even though we were a part of the Louisiana Purchase we are not known as Louisiana.
They are one of the few things that keep Arkansas from being first in bad statistics.
