Hogs Play today

Get ready for the heat.  Hopefully it is the heat of the Razorbacks throwing strikes and hitting homers.

Likely will be the heat of the Arizona Sun.  The Razorbacks are to play this evening against Arizona State.  The Hogs may have a hard time in the heat of the summer and the heat of Arizona state making it past them to get on to the College World Series.

Tune in to see the outcome.

Arkansas Razorback Baseball

Hogs will now play in the Super Regional in Arizona.  The game will be against Arizona State and will be shown on ESPNU.

So how will the Hogs do?  Will they win in with big numbers?  Will they be able to use Cox's big bat - by the way he tweeked his back.  What ever that means.

Will the Hogs lose?  Will Dave VanHorn be able to spark a fire under this team or will they fall by the wayside and be just another has been?

What do you think?

My thoughts for now!

Mesothelioma - Can You Survive it?

Do you know what it is?  Do you know what it does to your body?  Do you know what to do if you think you may have a problem with it.  The questions are all talking about Mesothelioma.

This Mesothelioma cancer that can be present in many people who have worked in and around asbestos.  This is a cancer that can be very damaging.  This is a cancer that has over 2,000 cases diagnosed in the United States each year.  Why is there so many cases?  What is causing all of these cases?  What is the major reason behind all of the new cases?  The best way to find the answer to all of these is to read a book called "Surviving Mesothelioma and Other Cancers: A Patient's Guide"

This book is very informing and will tell you a lot of information about this cancer.  It will give you the information that will help you make the decision whether you need a specialist such as a Mesothelioma Lawyer, someone who specializes in cases such as this.  Yes, a Mesothelioma Attorney is someone that can help you get the financial relief that you need from the people or the cause of your cancer.

This is something that anyone who suffers from Mesothelioma needs to know.  Check it out.

Arkansas in the Baseball Draft

The Chicago Cubs stunned the experts- who know it all  by selecting right-handed pitcher Hayden Simpson of Southern Arkansas with the 16th pick in the draft Monday night..  You should have seen the analysts on ESPN scrambling their sheets trying to find information about him when he was announced.

Simpson, 6 feet and 175 pounds, was 35-2 for the Division II school, including 13-1 with a 1.81 ERA in 15 starts this season. He struck out 131 in 99 1/3 innings.

However, he was the 191st pitcher listed in a Baseball America Preview, which said he had a "low-90s fastball and hard breaking stuff," and MLB.com did not even have a draft report available for him (as they did for other first-rounders) when the Cubs selected.-- Good Pick.
---
St. Louis Cardinals fans aren't complaining today that they got a steal. The Cardinals selected University of Arkansas third-baseman Zack Cox with its first round, 25th overall selection.

"(Cox) has a tremendous swing," said Cardinals' Vice President of Scouting and Player Development Jeff Luhnow.

The 6-foot, 215-pound sophomore is batting .424 with nine home runs and 48 RBI for the Razorbacks as they compete for back-to-back trips to the College World Series in Omaha. He has played third base the past two seasons at Arkansas. Scouts project him as a middle infielder in pro ball.

Way to go Arkansas Players.

Arkansas - a Great Place to Fish

Arkansas is known for its many lakes and streams. The lakes are great for recreation such as swimming, skiing, boating and fishing. The Rivers are great for all types of fishing and just relaxing.

I had the opportunity this past weekend to spend a couple of days on the Little Red River. This little river is known for its trout fishing. The River at one time was the holder of the largest Brown Trout but has since been displaced with that honor.

The weekend was filled with sitting on the dock down from the place we were staying. We had a great place to stay along with a great dock in a great area on the river. My son in law caught the most fish but I did catch one and my daughter had some luck also.

Great fishing and relaxing with the family - always good.

My Mini Moment and Dove Ice Cream!

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Dove Ice Cream. All opinions are 100% mine.

Dove Ice Cream is really good and I know because I am an ice cream lover.  I believe that ice cream is one of those things that bring on a great relaxing moment.  Ice Cream is something that is always included in "me time"  Yes "Me Time" is very important to the Dove consumers, and DOVE® Ice Cream Miniatures conducted its own survey of over 400 motherst o find  out how important it was.  Astonishingly enough they found that  70 percent of these ultimate multi-taskers are taking time for themselves each day. Therefore they created “My Mini Moment” contest to celebrate these cherished moments.

With that in mind they created "My Mini Moment" contest
in which they are inviting people to send in their idea of a great mini moment.  Yes, they are asking women to share their favorite mini moment of escape and one lucky winner could win one of 3 sensational mini-grand prizes: a mini-getaway to Napa Valley, Spa services for a year or a mini-home makeover. Women need to submit a photo and short essay at DoveIceCream.com/myminimoment by June 7, 2010

My "me time"  would be a quick trip to one of the great spas in Hot Springs Arkansas.  It would include a hot bath in their mineral water a quick massage and a Dove Bar.  Yes, as I stated earlier that at only 70 calories each, DOVE® Ice Cream Miniatures feature full indulgent ice cream wrapped in real Dove chocolate making them the perfect treat. Try the new decadent Café Collection which features Java Chip and Cappuccino Flavors.  That makes the end of an ideal "me moment",

Check in at the Dove Ice Cream Website and tell them your special "me moment".

REMEMBER - ARKANSAS HAVE DIED

It has only been recently that we have buried Arkansans who have died in our military endeavors - please remember their families who struggle with the death of a loved one and do not have them during these times.

It has only been recently since we have sent more troops to Iraq and other dangerous places and it want be long until some of them will come home with loss of health, loss of limb or loss of life.

REMEMBER THEM AND THEIR FAMILIES.

Bryce Molder

Arkansas has its great name golfers.  Many of these are well known and many are up and comers.

One of the most famous is John Daly.  John is known for his antics, his off course issues but is also known for his big heart of giving and his fun times.  He is wearing the LoudMouth Golf Wear these days and makes a splash when he is on the course.  By the way he is doing ok and made the cut this week at this weeks Crowne Plaza Invitational at Colonial.

But the golfer that is getting better each week is Bryce Molder.  He posted a 62 yesterday to take the lead at the Colonial and has finished well in several tournaments recently.  The only problem is that he has trouble holding on to a lead.  He has typically followed a great round with a not so good round and ends up in the top 5o but not winning.

Maybe this is his tournament.

NMEDA - Equipment for the Disabled

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of NMEDA. All opinions are 100% mine.

NMEDA   is a non-profit trade association.   What do they do that is so important.  Well, you might want to know that they are big on educating consumers on buying products from a NMEDA qualified dealer.

What does that mean.  Well the first thing to know is that NMEDA DOES NOT SELL ANYTHING: NMEDA is the only association that promotes safe driving and equipment for disabled people. They are non-profit and their members are required to adhere to the safety standards of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. NMEDA dealers (members) are the ones who sell handicap vans and vehicle modifications for disabled people.

What we need to know is that there are o two people that have  a disability who are exactly the same. They try to warn you about the hazards of buying of adapted wheelchair vehicles that might be sold over the Internet or through catalogs.  They let you know how it is important to have  a personalized “in-person” evaluation.  With that evaluation you can be sure you are getting what is the  right driving solution designed to your specific needs. Your NMEDA dealer will be there also for additional training or product refinements.

NMEDA also conducts a Quality Assurance Program (QAP) which is the only one that is a nationally recognized accreditation program for the Adaptive Mobility Equipment Industry.  This all but guarantees that what you get will be the best you can get. This is based on their principle that to satisfy customers on a consistent basis, companies must have a systematic and documented approach to quality.

NMEDA uses all of this to have great and highly qualified dealers who are there to satisfy the customer and know that they are getting the best quality available.

If you have any relationships with care givingor anyone with disabilities you know that there are great challenges.  Now you know that you can find through NMEDA dealers that can provide you equipment that you need with reliability that it is the best you can get.

Check out the dealers in your area on their website.  A search of my Arkansas area brings in Siebert Mobility Inc. of Benton Arkansas. Again, find one in your area by going to their site and putting in your zip code. Leave a comment about the dealers in your area.

So if you have need for this type of assistance please check them out. Also please know that a NMEDA dealer can help the elderly or disabled get back on the road and gain back their independence.

Hogs Lose

The hogs are on a streak --- a bad streak. As you can see in the picture they were in the fifth inning and were still scoreless against Vanderbilt in the SEC tournament.  Well, I went to bed and that changed.  It appears that the hogs made a few mistakes and Vanderbilt came up with a couple of runs and won the ball game.
Hogs now play Florida early this afternoon. Will they win or will they lose.

Loser goes home.

Go Hogs!

Lifetime has great original programming

As far as I’m concerned, the best network on Directtv satellite tv right now is Lifetime. I don’t care who thinks it’s too sappy or girly, I like it, and I’d shout it from the rooftops! Lifetime is one of the more well-rounded channels out there for women. They feature tons and tons of original movies, like “The Pregnancy Pact”, which I watched last week. A lot of them are based on true stories and come out not too long after the news story breaks, which is an interesting way to get in the know. I can’t believe how many of the movies that they run feature some pretty big names in entertainment! There are movies starring LeAnn Rimes, Eddie Cibrian, and even Mandy Moore running on this channel!

Another thing I really like about Lifetime is the original programming. There’s a show called “Army Wives” that I absolutely love…it’s like Desperate Housewives but the drama is more reality-based, which makes it more interesting to watch, for sure. My husband is in the army, so on the night it airs, my girlfriends and I like to congregate at someone’s house on base and watch Army Wives. It makes us feel closer to our deployed husbands and definitely gives us something to talk about! Lifetime is really great about programming things that span all generations and tastes, which I suppose is why I like it so much. I would definitely consider it my favorite channel, by far.

Thanks Toni Williams for the guest post!

Arkansas trhis Week

Arkansas is always full of festivals and fairs.  This week looks like a great week in Eureka Springs.  Eureka is always artsy and this week has great arts festivals and art tours.

It seems like a great arts festival weekend around the rest of the state also.  For a great schedule of what to do in Arkansas you can always go to the official site of events around the state here.

As most of you know this coming weekend is River Fest.  This is an event that grows bigger each year and is the grand daddy of all events in Arkansas.  The only problem is one of two.  It is too hot or too wet.

See what you can do in Arkansas this weekend.

Get a Pay Day Advance at moneynowusa.com

If you think that a payday advance is out of the question then you need to again.  Yes, an advance on your paycheck is not something that you would like to do but sometimes there is money that is needed prior to the time that your paycheck is available.  That is when something like this is very important to some individuals.

What are some of the things that you can expect when you  go online to someone like moneynowusa.com.  Well you can expect from them that you will find that they are a site that will search over 150 lenders for your highest payday loan amount with the lowest APR, for you see that MoneyNowUSA is a multiple lender payday loan search engine,

Four out of five applicants are approved for a payday loan through www.moneynowusa.com.  That sounds like a pretty high percentage and gives you a good chance of getting approved.

Things that you need to know when applying for this payday advance is that you must be a U.S. citizen, over the age of 18 and be currently employed, and have a active/open checking or savings account to be eligible for a payday advance throughMoneyNowUSA

MoneyNowUSA is a trustworthy and secure site that real-time encrypts all of your private and personal data, to protect you from identity theft.

One of the things that I want to remind you of and feel obligated to say is that  you should only use payday loans in case of an emergency and that you should only  apply and take out one payday loan at a time.  You should  never take a payday loan out if you are unsure if you can pay it back when it is due. (Usually by your next paycheck)

Razorback Baseball - Injuries Hurt.

Injuries plague the Razorbacks as they move into the SEC tournament.  4 of the top players are registered as injured and probably will not play in the tournament.  However, it is believed that they still have a good chance of going a long ways.  It is believed that the Hogs will get a Regional at Baum stadium and it is clear after hearing Dave VanHorn speak that the tournament is important, but the Hogs goal is to move on to Omaha.

For the fans however here is what the television looks like for the tournament.

Fans of the University of Arkansas baseball team and Southeastern Conference baseball will be able to follow the action throughout the 2010 SEC Tournament as every game will be televised. Comcast/Charter Sports Southeast (CSS) and SportSouth will carry games played Wednesday through Saturday while Sunday's championship game will be televised by ESPN2. All games will also be streamed live at ESPN3.com.

Gold in Your IRA Account?

Gold is again very popular for an investment tool.  However, one of the things that is becoming very unique to do is to have an investment in a gold IRA . Yes, you can have IRA gold  or even a   gold 401k.

Why is all of this important at this time.  Well, investors are placing physical gold in IRA’s because of the global economic environment growing more and more uncertain everyday.  With that in mind gold has become the #1 alternative for IRA, 401k, 403b and Pension Plans.

That is why you might want to consider setting up a 401k gold  account.  You might even want to do that with a gold IRA transfer,

Not sure how to make all of this work?  You might want to go to the experts at Gold Coins Gain – An Aurum Advisors Website.

These are my thoughts for now.

Hot!

Just finished writing the entry about the Hogs Baseball.  The thing that I did not mention is that it is hot in Arkansas.  When you wake up at 5:30 in the morning and it is 75 degrees and the humidity is about 80% then you know it is going to be hot.

It appears that the next week or so is going to be like that.  Seems like summer already.  This is not good.  I am getting back to where the heat is really hard.  The fishing trip that I am going on in the next week or so might help since it will be on the Little Red River where it is cool water which seems to cool you off for a while.

Well, it is Arkansas and it is getting toward summer.  Should expect it.  Maybe summer will be cool -- yea right.

Hogs In SEC Tournament

Well, it looks like the SEC tournament is upon the Baseball Razorback Hogs.  The tournament starts May 26th at Hoover Alabama.  The Hogs start with some tough games but first game is against Vanderbilt, a team that Arkansas just took 2 out of three from.

Then they move on and as expected it gets tougher as they go.  Can the Hogs get on to the NCAA tournament in good Fashion.

Can the Hogs go on to go to Omaha to the World Series.

The next two weeks will tell.  I believe.

Do you?

Firstrade – A Great Online Brokerage Firm

Do you do any Online Trading?  If so a great place that you mightlogo_bti[1] want to review for the home of your IRA Accounts or Stock Trading would surely be Firstrade.com.

They are an an online brokerage firm that allows customers to trade Stocks, Options, Mutual Funds, ETFs and Fixed Incomes at competitive costs.

If you open an IRA account with them you get free trades for 30 days with certain qualifications.  If you refer a friend you can possibly earn $50 for the referral.  They advertise Stock Trading for $6.95.  If being able to do Mobile Trading is important to you then this could be your company.

Hogs Baseball – Real or Not

Arkansas hogs baseball team seemed to be the real deal until a week or two ago.  Then they fell apart.  They have had trouble winning lately and what looked like another great season is turning mediocre.

Are the Hogs for real or not.  Can they pull this season out or not.  Well the hogs did win today and yesterday – 2 out of three against Vanderbilt.  Maybe they are on the right trail again.  They need to win some good games from here out to get into the right groove to move through the rest of the season and the games that count.

Can they do it.hogwave1

Mailboxes that Look Great!

In Arkansas and in many other places a home or property is often identified first by their Mailboxes.  What I mean by this is that when you drive up to someones house or business many times the first thing that you notice is their mailbox.  Those mail boxes may determine how that person approaching your house or business gets that first impression, and as they say, there is only one chance to make a first impression.

So think about it.  If you have need for Commercial Mailboxes, home mail boxes, or just any type of mailbox be it for Residential Mailboxes or just a regular old mailbox you might want to make it a great looking mailbox

What is the point of all of this you ask?  Well, the point is that you can get a great looking mailbox at  mailboxiexchange.com  Theyare a distributor of high quality residential mailboxes and commercial mailboxes. We have over 2500 mailbox and curbside decor products.

This is good information for all of you great readers!

Vote Today

I would like to say that I do not care who you vote for but just vote.

However, that is not true.  I believe that everyone should go to their polls and vote for Bill Halter and not Blanche Lincoln.  We as Arkansans say that we do not like what has gone on in Washington recently and would like change.

How can we send the same person back to the same position and get different results.  It is like doing the same action over and over and over again and expecting different results than you have always gotten.

Now the method to my madness.  I do not like Bill Halter either.  However, if he were to win it would assure that Blanche Lincoln would not be back.  Then when the general election comes around Halter would be going against Boozeman and I believe that Boozeman could beat him.

That would be a good thing.

Rugs Enhance your Crib.

In our home we really like the look and feel of great wood floors.  They are elegant and pristine in all ways.  They are easy to keep and easy to adorn.  What do I mean by adorn when it comes to great wood floors.

Well, one of the great ways to enhance the appearance is to get great area rugs which can be placed in certain ways and angles to set an area out from the other.  The problem with this is that these rugs can be expensive.  However, there are great places to find discount area rugs on the internet.

With the purchase of these rugs at discount it allows you to use them more often and more places to really enhance your living space.

Those are my thoughts on that for now.

Buzz BQ

Arkansas is a great place this time or the year for festivals and events.  Some of these events are of a local nature and some are of a bigger area nature.   Many of these that are out there are really fun.  These are really fun if they are sponsored by what many consider the most entertaining radio station in Arkansas.

Yes, I am talking about 103.7 the buzz.  This station has personalities that are entertaining, controversial and just down right smart.  Tommy Smith, long time area person, is the smartest, most entertaining, and most knowledgeable person about Arkansas, music and other things that there is.  Then there is the, new to me, Roger Scott.  Much talent is embodied here with singing and conjoured up personalities.  Very good.  Then there is David Bazzle who is stuck on himself, obnoxious, and overly talkative. He has the knack to ask a question of a guest and then never of never letting the guest finish the answer.  David just likes to hear himself talk.

All of this aside, this station has the knack of sponsoring an event and making it work.  This weekend they are doing the BBQ contest for the 6th year.  It has grown.

Maybe you should go down to the River in North Little Rock and check it out.  Will have a good time.

The Car Connection!

So you have one of those hot rod chevy  nova's or maybe even you drive around in a toyota rav4.
Then a site for you is the Car Connection.  This site is one of those that gives you all of the information that you need with their review of cars and the web.  They have what you want to know.

Lets say that you want to know something about that hummer h3 and you want to know it now.   Where do you go to other than the Car Connection.  Then you might even need to know about a unique little car that they call the wiki cars and you might just wonder exactly what these cars look like.  How do you find out more about these.

Well, something that you might find neat is that there is an "app for that".  Yes, there is an IPhone application that lets you research what you want to know on these cars.

All I can say is How Neat is That!

Did you see that view

Arkansas is always beautiful.  Sometimes Arkansas is more beautiful than others.  I have always said that Spring and summer in the Ozarks is very beautiful.  Well, Tuesday the site was very awesome.  Here is simply what I saw.

While driving up highway 65 into Clinton Ozark - the foot of the Ozarks,  there was a mist in the air and low hanging clouds of fog in the air.  As I topped the hill you could see rings of fog hanging just around the tops of the hills with the hill tops sticking out of the fog.  It looked like majestic hats crowned with a ring of fog and then the hills below.

This was an amazing sight.  Life is amazing.

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Incendia Health. All opinions are 100% mine.

What if you had something great happen to you and you wanted to announce it to the world.  How would you do it?  Well, one company, Abbott Medical Optics Inc. One week and two days.

Fly fishing guide to take me out and let me learn about fly fishing and how to do it right.

This sounds like great fun and something that is going to be enjoyed immensely.  Not sure exactly what we will do and how we will approach it but know I will be better after the day is over.

More to come on the trip and what the future holds for my fly fishing adventures.

Just my thoughts for now.

Arkansas Fly Fishing

Just looked on Jamie Rouse - Fly Fishing Adventures' Facebook page to see a great 10 pound Brown Trout that was taken over the past weekend.

Where was it taken you ask?  This was taken on the Little Red River on Caddis.  The problem with this catch is one..it wasn't me that caught it.

I am trying to learn to fly fish but finding it more difficult than I thought it would be.  Maybe a little professional help would be in line.

Hogs Lose

Rain Delay kept the hogs game from getting started on time. The Hogs were behind in the 8th inning.

What is the matter with the Umpire. He is making some bad calls against the Hogs. Everyone knows that the close calls are supposed to go to the Hogs. Hogs score a home run to tie up the game in the 8th.

The ninth inning comes and the Gators get a man on second. A fly ball is hit and the outfielder throws to home plate. The runner tries to slide around the catcher and misses the base. The runner turns around to touch the base with his hand and it appears that the catcher gets the tag prior to the runner hitting the bag. Umpire yells - YOUR OUT!

Hogs coach heads to the mound to argue and the umpire simply leaves the field quickly. Game over.

Hogs Lose series 2-1

Baseball Hogs

The hogs are in gator land playing baseball tonight. As of this time the Hogs beat the gators 8-3 and are going to have a good series.

The hogs are #9 and gators #7. Guess the hogs should move up if they can keep up this pace.

By the way Colt McCoy #85 pick to Cleveland - must be embarrassing for the winningest quarterback in NCAA history.

The River is low!

Checked on the Little Red River level two days in a row and the generators are off meaning the river level is low.

This means that from the dam on down river wade fishing would be great.

I am ready to be at the river trout fishing. Nothing more exhilarating than to be standing waste deep in the river fly fishing, even if I do not have a clue what I am doing.

I am ready to go.

Hogs Baseball

Arkansas is excelling in baseball. Right now they are really swinging the bats and scoring the runs.

I do not have their record now but I know that it is good. My understanding is that a game at Baum field in Fayettville is a great time. If you are in that area check it out.

It is better than sitting around fussing about John Pelphrey and the lack of a basketball team.

But it is not as good as the anticipation about Arkansas Razorback football.

Arkansas - Home Sweet Home

I was raised in Texas but I have live in Arkansas. We said when we moved to Arkansas that we would move back in two to three years.

It has now been over twenty years since we moved to Arkansas. We raised a daughter there from first grade to now a married young lady. We have had many experiences in Arkansas

As I am writing this I am sitting at my sister's house in Texas. Texas is a nice place.

However, my lovely wife is getting up to go to work in Arkansas. My daughter and son-in-law are in Arkansas.

Arkansas is home - Home is where those are that are nearest and dearest to you.

Spring Time in Arkansas

Yellow, dusty, sneezy, snorty, windy - It is a beautiful spring day in Arkansas. All of the trees are beginning to bud. All of the grass is beginning to grow. The blossoms are coming out on the trees.

It makes one wonder as to how the prettiest time of the year can be one of the hardest times on the sinuses and allergies.

The beauty that God has created is there but sometimes it is hard to see because we are sneezing and snorting with the eyes running and itching.

Somebody explain that to me.

Spring in Arkansas - My favorite time of year.

Energy efficiency in my home has become very important to me in these difficult economic times. This type of need for efficiency has caused me to began looking at sites that might give me ideas to help improve my home in its Energy saving .

This led me to began reviewing a great site that lets you discover the efficiency of your home and how you can improve it with such things as minor things such as new home appliances . The site is Microsoft-Hohm

I did sign up for an account on this site and began using the site to find out more about the things that I can do better in the areas of home energy home heating, energy efficiency and power consumption in and around the home. Wow! It is great that I have been able to take on the first area of questions about my home and found out that there may be lots of things that I need to do that would help me to improve in all of these areas.

Well I found that the site is pretty easy to move around in and answer the questions to find out what needs to do be done to get this house in tip top shape and cut my energy bills. I always wants to save money and being energy efficient is a great way to do so.

I really believe that most people can save money by checking out this site and finding out what they can do to help their house.

Why don't you check it out.

Watch out for the April Fools jokes today. This is one of the days that the practical joker in the office comes out to play.

Pranks can be good and they can be bad. Don't get caught today.

Two Clowns!

In Arkansas it is a big deal when you hear a public figure use very vulgar language in a public forum. In the Bible Belt we don't think that is too good.

So the question is WHAT DO YOU HAVE WHEN YOU HAVE ONE CLOWN SAYING TO THE OTHER CLOWN AS THEY EXCHANGE THE PODIUM--"THIS IS A BIG F.....ING DEAL"

WHAT YOU HAVE IS THE NUMBER ONE AND NUMBER TWO CLOWN WHO ARE RUNNING OUR COUNTRY.

I BELIEVE IT IS TIME FOR IMPEACHMENT!

My thoughts for now!

Home Buyer Tax Credit - Great For Arkansas

I am a home lender and I have found many people that are buying or building homes that typically would not have done so because they could get the home buyer tax credit

What is the home buyer tax credit you ask. Well let me tell you a little about it. This is a federal income tax credit that was started last year that would give first time home buyers a tax credit for buying a home. Well this federal income tax credit for homebuyers has been extended and expanded to now include homeowners who wish to "move on" after 5 years of living in their current property, as well as first-time homebuyers.

How smooth is that. If you are thinking about buying a home and you meet certain qualifications it is like the government giving you a chunk of your money back. What better incentive to buy a home that to get cash for doing so. Here are some of the qualifications:
  • First-time homebuyers, or those who have not owned in the last three years, can receive up to an $8,000 tax credit
  • Homeowners who have lived in a current home consecutively for 5 of the past 8 years can receive up to a $6,500 tax credit
  • There may be no future extensions, so all qualified homebuyers are urged to act and have a written, binding contract by April 30, 2010 (close by June 30, 2010)
  • Income limits are now $125,000 for singles, $225,000 for married couples with a $20,000 phase-out of the credit for both.
If you would like to here more about it the following video would be very helpful to watch.

Blanche Lincoln - Bad For Arkansas!

A direct quote from Blanche Lincoln: "Final Senate Health Reform Bill Good for Arkansas"

Thanks Ms. Lincoln for letting Arkansans know that they don't know what they want or what is good for them.

Direct quote from about 75% of all Arkansans: WE DON'T WANT THE LEGISLATION AS YOU ARE PRESENTING IT TO US MR. PRESIDENT AND MS. LINCOLN.

WHO WILL BE TAKING MS. LINCOLN PLACE AT NEXT ELECTION WHEN ARKANSAS SAYS YOU DON'T SUPPORT US - WE DON'T SUPPORT YOU.

Arkansas and March Madness

The only real March Madness that is going around Arkansas right now is the Madness that John Pelphrey and the Arkansas Razorbacks are not getting it done.

The questions is can Pelphrey ever get it done. Talk Radio is blitzed by the haters along with the few backers. Used to be that at this time of the year all of Arkansas is tuned in to see where Razorbacks are seeded and where they play.

Now they just tune in out of habit.

Will the hogs ever be back?

Eye Can See Clearly Now!

Why couldn't I see this before? Why is this information only coming clear to me now? Wait a minute where are those expensive eyeglasses I bought last year. There they are!

Ok now with these eyeglasses I can see clearly now to see the money that I can save in buying eyeglasses the right way. What is the right way you ask? The right way to buy eyeglasses
is to buy from Zenni Optical. Who are they and what do they do?

Well, using the latest modern materials, manufacturing and marketing systems they can bring a great product direct from their factories to my face. What is great about that is that there are no middlemen, no retail overhead, and practically no advertising budget, they don't pay for or sell expensive, or even inexpensive, brand names, but only their own manufactured brand ZENNI.

Why does all of this matter. Well, great eyeglasses, at great prices, saving me money for greater things in life.

High School Basketball in Arkansas

It is once again time for a great time to be had by all that attend the High School Basketball tournaments in the state of Arkansas. Basketball is big in Arkansas and parents, grandparents, friends and the general basketball fan can get great entertainment by going to watch some of both boys and girls basketball in the regional and state tournaments.

The tournaments are winding down and most of the teams are moving to the semi-finals or finals in the tournaments. One great game that you can see in the Semi- finals at Highland High School is Lonoke Girls vs Prairie Grove at noon today.

Should be a good game.

Arkansas the Beautiful

Drove up to Springfield Missouri from Conway Arkansas this past weekend. I stayed on highway 65 all the way and never strayed from the path since I was on a mission. However, as I went my mind would wander to the sites and sounds that appear to be not far away from the main road.

For Example the road signs might paint a simple picture such as:

Bufflao River National Park

Mystic Caverns

Swinging Bridge

You get the idea. Those signs that mention all of the great sights that can be seen in Arkansas the Beautiful.

However, the only time I pulled off was for the sign that said "MCDONALDS".

My loss.

Arkansas, Pelphrey, Petrino, Fortson, Clark

Willy wants to know from all of you Arkansas fans. Which of the ones in the title most resemble an Arkansas Razorback.

Pelphrey because he has passion?

Petrino - Because he has Ryan Mallet?

Fortson because he has great hair?

Clark because he has a great shot?

Or should they all be on American Idol or better yet looking at the Swimsuit Edition of Sports Illustrated.

10-4 Willy

Defense Where did you Go?

Hogs lose to Auburn tonight. Reason they lost had to be poor defense. The guy shooting threes all night killed the Razorbacks.

Surely someone could have stopped him.

Arkansas Razorback Basketball. I give up.

Gold - Can you Dig it Online?

Yes you can really buy gold online

How can you do this you ask? Simply by gaining the right tools and not trying to do totally on your own. Unlike the gold explorers of days gone buy, the modern gold enthusiast has the great tools provided by someone like Goldline International to help them "dig for gold"

Take it from someone who has tried to invest in gold coins on their own. Gold investing is much easier when you lean on the experts instead of your own ideas. Your ideas may be great but they can be enhanced by getting with the professionals.

So if you are looking to invest in gold or precious metals, whether it be coin or otherwise you need to seek out someone like Goldline International to help you with the knowledge you need because with knowledge comes power... the power to make money.

Razorback Basketball.

Razorbacks play again in a couple of days. The question is can they get back on track. It was hard to see them on a winning streak and then fail to execute in the second half on Saturday.

Just don't believe that they have it in them.

Time will tell.

Arkansas Razorbacks

Courtney Fortson has shown that he can step up and do the job. The next thing that they have to do to continue to win is find ways to get Rotnei Clark in the open.

All of this goes to show that John Pelphrey can coach. He just has to have the players that want to.

When he gets some more skilled bodies and talent - the team my turn this thing around in a year or two.

Just Saying = Pants on the ground.

Hogs Unbelievable?

I gave up on the Hogs at halftime and only flipped channels to see how they were doing a couple of times in the second half. When I flipped over and the game was tied I was thinking unbelievable.

However, they really worked to pull it out. Courtney Fortson looked good in last few minutes and Rotnei Clark is very unselfish.

The question is can they keep the intensity up or will it fall off on Saturday.

Lets root them on.

Housing Stimulus - Get Yours Now

I am in the home lending industry. One of the hottest topics of the day is the Housing Stimulus.
I know of several people who are buying at this time to get the benefits of this tax credit. This is a relief to them to be able to get the home bought but to also have some money for things like furnishings and other things.

If someone is thinking about buying a home for the first time or if it is the first home that you have owned in three years, this is the time to do it. Just think of it. There is available to you up to an $8,000 tax credit that you can get for buying that home. That is just like being able to get $8,000 to use as you see fit. How can that be wrong.

One of the things to do if this applies to you or if you are thinking of buying is to review this great video on that subject. Check out the video. It tells you what you need to do, how you will receive the credit, what it takes to be eligible and much more. This is a no brainer if you are thinking of buying a home.

Check out the video below or see more about Housing Stimulus by clicking on this link.

Hogs Get Another Chance?

The question this week whether or not the Arkansas Razorbacks - the Hogs - can come back after the 101 - 70 licking that they took at the hands of the Kentucky Wildcats and perform at all. Thursday night the Razorbacks under John Pelphrey are playing Mississippi State in Fayetteville.

The other question of the week is "will the fans come out and support the Hogs?"

The talk shows have been overwhelmed this week so far with the call for John Pelphrey's resignation. There is a belief that the basketball team is going nowhere.

What are your thoughts on the program. Can it be saved. Should John Pelphrey Go. Should the team stop playing basketball and join the water polo team.

Just saying --- Pants on the Ground. Pants on the Ground.

Houston Rodeo

Well, it was only two years ago that I attended the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. The only problem was that I decided too late that we were going to attend. My desire would have been to have Houston Rodeo concert tickets but since I was so late in deciding to go the tickets were not available.

You see some friends from West Texas were showing animals in the livestock show and we decided that we would support them by attending the show. Well, that gives the idea that it would be good to attend the rodeo and concert so we thought about buying tickets for that.

It is too bad that at the time we were unaware of TeamOne Tickets because we certainly might have gotten tickets there at a reasonable price. Yes, it would have been nice to attend because it would have brought back memories of when I attended the Houston Rodeo about 34 years ago.

That is a time so far back that it is difficult to remember. However, I do remember that it was a great time and a great show.

So if you are looking to be anywhere in the Houston area during that time, it would be a great adventure to attend this great event.

That is what I have to say about that.

Fishing in Arkansas

Sauger fish is something that I was not familiar with. The River Valley section of the Arkansas Democrat Gazette this weekend had a great article on fishing for these on the Arkansas River in the cold of the winter.

Sounds like fun except for the cold weather part. The story told that these fish were good to catch below the dams on the river. Well, since I live about four miles from the lock and dam I believe that I might just try it this weekend.

I have never seen a sauger or whats more I have not fished much. Must be time to start.

National Finals Rodeo - Try it!

Tickets to the Nationals Final Rodeo are something that every good rodeo fan will cherish. Yes, to go to the greatest Rodeo event of the year is something of pure excitement, thrill and just a great time for everyone.

I have never been to the Nationals Final Rodeo but to get good tickets to it I would certainly consider going to TeamOne Tickets and checking out the great seats and the great prices. It would be an experience of a life time if you can get the time to go see this great event.

One of my favorite events of any rodeo is the bull riding. I have been involved in junior rodeos and some professional rodeos and bull riding events as an arena hand and spectator. There is nothing like the thrill of the great monster bull coming out of the shoot with a 200 pound man hanging on for dear life. The thrill of that must be something that can not be imagined.

Bull riding along with some of the skilled roping events are also my favorites. Man against beast with skill involved is also very interesting.

All I can say is that if you can find the time you should take the chance to go and experience the thrill of the event. It will be a time that you will remember for ever.

Razorbacks

The weekend holds another Arkansas Razorback football game. The games are more fun to watch now that Courtney Fortson is back. It is still odd, however, that the hogs can hang with a good team but they just can't beat them.

What they need is another person that can hit an occasional three point shot. Relying solely on Rotnei Clark to do that is tough. They double him up as they come down court to keep him from shooting and this should free up someone else. However, no one else can lay in a consistent three and therefore they are no threat.

We have to rely on Courtney to go recklessly inside or Rotnei to shoot quick from the outside.

Arkansas needs some help.

Go Hogs.

It's always time to say "I love you"

Have you heard of the Casio gshock watch. These are great looking watches that are very stylish and very practical in today's active life style. This looks like a watch that I might want to have for when I am Scuba Diving. More inspection is necessary to check that out.

That would be a great idea. Valentine's Day is coming and I could get my wife a lovely watch from BlueDial and then could certainly hint that it would be great if she were to get me a selection from the Casio gshock selection. Do you think that this idea might work?

I could tell her that this would be great for us to exchange lovely watches on Valentine's Day during our 31st year together. I could tell her how much she means to me as the mother of our lovely grown daughter. I could let her know that she is greatly appreciated all of these years as she has taken care of me and given me great support.

Does it sound like it is working? Maybe she will read this post and know that the watch I want is pictured here.

We can exchange watches, save money because it's always time to day "I love you"

Arkansas gets Coach Campbell Back

Coach Lewis Campbell is coming back to Arkansas. He was a player and then a coach at Arkansas Razorbacks for many years and then left during the Petrino beginnings.

Today I heard that he is coming back to Arkansas as a high School head coach at Sheridan. This is good news for Arkansas and good news for Sheridan. He will bring winning and integrity to a small town program. Not saying anything wrong with their program now, but it can't hurt with him at the reins.

Way to Go Coach Campbell.

Pants on the Ground - Pants on the Ground. - I was just saying.

Arkansas Razorbacks - Getting Better?

How many of you saw the game today against Alabama. Rotnei Clark, Michael Washington, Courtney Fortson and others all looked pretty good - some of the time. Why can't they keep it together all of the time.

Also, did you see the flagrant foul against Rotnei Clark. Granted the kid did give him an intentional elbow, but Rotnei through in a little extra head action that made it even better.

So, are the Hogs better? Is John Pelphrey doing an ok job of Coaching or was Alabama just not that good.

You tell me!

Move or Rent - You Need Help!

It was just over 20 years ago that my trek started from Texas to Arkansas. Job changes, life changes and other factors caused it to be time to move from my home state of Texas to the foreign country of Arkansas. This was a major life change for me, my wife and especially my first grade daughter.

The first thought is what could I do to make this as good as it could be. None of us wanted to do move but it had to be done. The first thing that became my major responsibility was to find suitable housing for my family. Remember this was 20 years ago. This was before the technology had began to leap forward. Yes, Al Gore had not invented the internet yet.

The only thing that I could do was to start searching for apartments for rent through the newspaper in town where we were going. This was an awkward way of looking since it was 800 miles away and we knew no one there.

Well, long story short I ended up going and staying for two weeks in a motel and finding the right place to live. Then came the real move. Well, that was done by professional movers and that made all of the difference. However, the problem with that was finding the right movers, for the right price that would do what we wanted done when we wanted done.

Wow how things have changed. Today if you are searching for apartments for rent you simply get on the internet and go to something like move.com. There you can search just about any place you want for the apartment or house that will suit your needs. You can also get moving quotes, compare prices and options for a move and many other things associated with relocating.

Where were you internet when I needed you. Times have really changed and gotten better when it comes to moving.

Arkansas Vs Mississippi State

Arkansas has it going good for a while and then they make silly mistakes.

It is interesting that the one that brings Arkansas intensity and a chance to be better - Courtney Fortson - also brings us mistakes that kick us in the teeth.

Do you ever think that Arkansas will get back to greatness in Basketball.

We just have to wait and see.

Cold Weather

The weatherman says it is warmer but my body feels colder. I work inside most days but when I get out it seems real cold.

Could it be that I am getting older or is cold weather getting colder.

Could it be that I am more sensitive to cold than I used to be because I have less hair than I used to have.

Cold is cold - Where are you spring.

Did I say that. Then I have to cut the grass.

Snow is here!

Hope everyone survives the first blizzard of 2010. The snow is falling in some parts of Arkansas. I did go to the planned visit to the grocery store.

What should I find there but people rushing around like they had only a few minutes to get in and get out with the essential food for at least a month. Help me with this.

It is not a blizzard. The snow flakes are barely falling and there is nothing sticking on the ground nor is anything going to stick on the ground.

Someone get me my snow shovel---- it is getting deep!

Pacquiao vs. Mayweather

Pacquiao vs. Mayweather tickets will be one of the hottest items going the closer it gets to fight time.

Yes it is true. Floyd "Money" Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao are going to duke it out LIVE at the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas, Saturday March 13, 2009.

So you wanna go?!? If so you better start getting ready to get your tickets. This is going to be a great fight. Who will win you ask?

Well, I believe that Floyd Mayweather will win the fight. He has everything going for him and I do not believe that Pacquiao can take him down. However, I do believe that it will be a great fight. I believe that the fight will go the full rounds with a knockout by Mayweather in the last round.

If that does not happen then it will be a decision in the last round because I do not believe tha Pacquiao has the fire power to put Mayweather on the mat.

What do you think. Give me your thoughts here and what is more get ready to see the fight.

My thoughts for now.

Sunday, December 27, 2009

Petrino - Florida?

Urban Meyer out - Bobby Petrino in at Florida. I don't think so. Petrino is good but I don't believe that Florida will be looking at him.

More likely that Stoops or Mullens or Shanahan or Houston Nutt - Just kidding about Nutt.

Arkanas Razorbacks will have Both Petrino and Mallet back next year.

My thoughts for now.

Go Green with Filtafry!

Go Green - this is not a cheer for a team, it is a fact that we are all coming to. To go green today is to save energy, and give a cleaner environment for the future.

Are you going green. Let us know what activities you are doing to your home, your business, your life or just your daily activity that is greener than it used to be.

In that same frame you should check out filtafry and see if this is something that might fit your ideas of going green. It appears to be a company providing good stable green products for the restaurant industry.

It says that FiltaFry Green Service Franchise Thrives In Down Economy. Sounds like a good franchise.

Hogs Basketball - Unhappy Campers

Listening to talk radio on way from work today. The Hogs won a game last night that many did not think they could win. When the game was over the John Pelphrey was excited and showed considerable emotion. Sounds ok doesn't it.

Well, people were criticizing his emotion, his coaching and some criticized the air that he breathes.

Get over it Arkansas Fans - he will get us there.

Get a Howard Miller Clock!

My daughter while growing up had a great affinity for sports. That would lead me to the fact that a sports type clock would be very interesting to fit into her pattern of things that she might like.

With that in mind a look at the howard miller clocks website gave the idea to possibly purchase a Texas A&M clock since that is my Alma Mater.

She would get a kick out of that and it would really be a conversation piece since we now live in Arkansas Razorback country and her friends are all Razorback fans.   Sounds like a unique idea doesn't it.  Well, if that does not fit what she might want since she is married with her own home now I guess I could consider getting her a traditional Grandfather Clock or something else more traditional.

I do know that if I do decide to purchase a clock for her or anyone else.  It will come from Howard Miller Clocks. They are a leader in the clock industry and have a great variety of clocks.

I also noticed while viewing their site that they have a blog with many interesting articles.  One of the interesting articles that caught my attention was one with some humor about  "Grandfather Clock Wedding Anniversary Present Gift"

So if you want to buy a clock, learn about clocks or read blog articles about clocks this is a great web site to visit.

Check it out.

Liberty Bowl - Arkansas Razorbacks

It is obvious that the Razorbacks should have won two games this year that they did not win. LSU and Florida. They will be much better next year if Ryan Mallet stays.

The Hogs are going to Liberty Bowl to play East Carolina. The game should be no contest. You see that I said should. Razorbacks should have 600 yards of offense and their defense should be able to stop this team.

If the team shows up - Arkansas kicks it. Maybe - Maybe not.

That is why we play the games.

ARKANSAS VS LSU

How many of you believe that this will be a close game.

There are those out there that believe that Arkansas will run away from it because LSU has been so upset over the screw up by Les Miles last week.

There are those that believe the problems of LSU last week will motivate them to come in and kick Arkansas off the field.

There are those that think Arkansas and Ryan Mallet and Bobby Petrino have the Razorbacks - Hogs - running so smooth that nobody could beat them this week.

Who knows --- That is why we play the games.

Arkansas and Arkansas Razorbacks!

I have lived in Arkansas for 20 years. I came from the great State of Texas which is known for its football. However, it has always amazed me at how this state engulfs the idea of the Arkansas Razorbacks.

Here are some of the observations that I have made.

1. Seven out of 10 vehicles have some reference to the razorbacks.
2. 3 out of every 10 houses that fly any kind of a flag will often have a Razorback flag.
3. Cell phones have Razorback Screen savers.
4. Computer screen savers usually involve the Hogs.
5. Talk shows are consumed with the what if about the Football and Basketball teams.
6. Everyone is a Monday Morning Quarterback.

More is there I just cant think of it at this time.

Fall to Winter! - Where have all the people gone.

It has finally soaked in to my brain that fall has come and is moving past.  Today the wind changed to the North and became cold.

A Chill was in the air and the day was cold and brisk.

Where were most of the people out on this day when the weather changed?

They were in the woods - modern Guns season is here.

RUN BAMBI RUN!

This is Arkansas.

Hogs on the right Track

It appears that the Razorbacks are on the right Track.  The win over South Carolina was important and may be the stepping stone to bigger things.  Maybe even a good bowl game.

What are your thoughts - good or bad.

Nobody?

Who does the Arkansas Razorbacks play tomorrow.  Most people would say nobody.

What is Nobody's name?   It is Eastern Michigan.

Can Nobody beat Arkansas>

Only if Arkansas believes that they are Nobody!

Go Hogs Beat Eastern Michigan like they were Nobody!

World Series with Arkansas Ties.

I am not a baseball fan but I do find myself watching some playoff games and some of the world series.

I find it interesting the Arkansas ties to the World Series this year.

Last night Cliff Lee from Benton Arkansas pitched a great game.  Tonight AJ Burnett from Little Rock Arkansas is pitching for the New York Yankees.

Both seem to do a great job.  I am probably rooting for the player rather than the team.

When I root for the team, I guess I would root for Philadelphia.

Fall in Arkansas

We had hoped for a beautiful fall in Arkansas.  We have had plenty of rain and we have the chance for some beautiful fall colors.

However, the rain and wind comes and takes away the leaves before we have time to really enjoy them.

But as you can see here - rain comes and rainbows follow.

Fall is great in Arkansas

Hogs vs Ole Miss!

Look out Houston Nutt
The Hogs are coming to town.
On your face their should be a frown.

They are going to kick some tale
The golden handcuffs cannot prevail
Away on the wind your record will sail.

Go Hogs - Kick Houston Nutts

KIicker - Referee - Florida

The question would be - in the Razorbacks vs Florida on Saturday what three common factors caused the Hogs to lose 23 - 20.

The answers would be - Florida - did not play good - but some of that could be because our defense played good.

The Referee - two bad calls toward the end of the game were in Florida favor. - could have caused Arkansas the game.

The Kicker - Alex Tejada - if he had hit two field goals Hogs would have one 26 - 23.

Moral Victory - I don't think so - It is a loss

Big Game - Small Chance

Arkansas Razorbacks play the number 1 Team in the nation this week the Florida Gators.

Most would say that Arkansas' chance of winning is slim and none.

It appears that the chance that Arkansas would win is about the same odds as Matt Jones getting to play again in the NFL

My thoughts for now.

Which Team is the Best

Arkansas is a small state with only three real major football teams in it.

Most would say the major one that ties the state together is Arkansas Razorbacks - probably true.

Many others swear by Arkansas State - in the other corner of Arkansas - Small - sometimes good - many times not so good.  But Wait - Razorbacks are sometimes not so good.  Both are Division one football.

Many want to know - why don't the two teams play every year.  Would be a great in state game with lots of interest.

Who would gain the most from this game ASU or the University.

Who knows - Will we ever know - I doubt it.

Well, that is the weekend that the hotel is having Cooking School Weekend.   Guests will be welcomed upon arrival to sumptuous Wine Tasting Reception followed by a cooking demonstration with the Hotel’s very own Chef Nathan Read.  Yes, the next morning a great experience will be had as  he teaches participants how to prepare the appetizers served at the Wine Tasting.   Saturday evening all participants will experience a lavish four-course dinner paired with appropriate wines.  The next morning they will learn how to prepare the featured meal.

Yes, when you finish this school you can be prepared to wow your family and friends as you return home with these wonderful menus that will prepare you to be the perfect holiday host or hostess!

What could be better than that.  Well, I will tell you what is to me the best part of this and what I like living in Arkansas, just a few miles from Branson, is this lavish hotel that is very affordable.   That is right, this one-of-a-kind package also includes deluxe accommodations at the Hilton Branson Convention Center Hotel for two people Friday and Saturday evening all for just $398.00 plus tax for both nights! Not only will you experience the pampered luxury that only Hilton – the first name in hospitality – has to offer, but you’ll have easy access to shops, boutiques, restaurants, a river walk and other attractions when you’re not enjoying the splendors of your wine tasting and four-course meals.

How awesome is that.  You need to check this out and sign up now.

Entrecard - Dumped

Entrecard has bee somewhat productive for driving traffic to my blogs but it has also been a pain in the rear.

A person can spend more time dropping than he does doing real productive work. They have been ok up to now with the way they handled paid ads allowing each site to decide to have them or not.

They have driven the last nail in their coffin by telling me that 15% of all ads will be paid on my site unless I pay them $50 fee.

It is my site and I can do it cheaper that paying them $50. I CAN DO IT BY DUMPING THEM AND ENCOURAGING EVERYONE ELSE TO DO SO. MAYBE THEY WILL RETHINK.

ENTRECARD IS GONE AS OF NOW.

Where are the Razorbacks

Not sure what happened today. The razorbacks kind of showed up for one quarter. Mistakes - dropped balls - penalties - were the name of the game.

Should we start saying yet that "wait till next year"?

Well - something has to give.

That is my thoughts for now.

Alabama - Kills Arkansas - Tuesdays's Prediction

Arkansas could'nt think about stopping Georgia in the last half last week.  Arkansas defense ended up being terrible against the pass.  Maybe Arkansas needs Way 2 Save RX

Was Joe Cox that good or was Arkansas safety s that bad.

Wait till we go to Alabama - they will make us think Georgia was a piece of cake.

Alabama - 48 - Arkansas 17

Razorbacks - Fire Petrino

Maybe the Razorbacks need to Fire Bobby Petrino.  Can you imagine the he received a 15 yard penalty for unsportsman like conduct during a time out.  Can that be so.  What is his problem.  Did he think that was smart.  Weren't the Hogs having enough problems as it was.

Maybe we should get Houston Nutt and Gus Malzahn back.  At least they are scoring big as well as winning the game.  Come on Bobby - get a new defensive coordinator.  Why would you let some punk kid like that Cox kid from Georgia score on you -- he doesn't even have the arm Ryan Mallet has.

Man - Razorbacks if we just had a coach.

- tongue in Cheek.

Football in Arkansas

Way Of Ninja : Discover your own way of the ninja
Last week got two popular college teams off to a good start.

Arkansas Razorbacks took on Missouri state and took care of business by beating them soundly and using the time to work on some things and study most of the players. -- Good Job Hogs.

UCA Bears - went to Hawaii and took on a top team - made a great showing and made them believe that UCA might win right up to the end. Gives UCA some respectable stats. -

Maybe if they had used or known about -
Way Of Ninja : Discover your own way of
the ninja
-they probably would have won

However, both of the teams are off this week - is it a conspiracy or what.

Looking forward to next week and more great Arkansas - UCA football.

By the way where is Gus Malzahn!

Hogs Win! - Mallet Good!

It appears in the win against Missouri state the Hogs have found that they have an excellent quarterback and a coach that is not quite as predictable as Houston Nutt.

Go Hogs - hurry through this week off and lets see some more football.
