A Penny a Day - Get Relief from Debt!

Do you need some good old Debt Relief . You know, you have had some hard times and now you find that you spend everything you have each month just trying to make the monthly payments. This puts you back in the cycle to create more debt.

Yes, it can be a never ending cycle. However, there is hope that you might want to check out at Freedom Debt Relief. What will you find at that site. Well you will find such things as:

The ability to be debt free in as little as 12-36 months!* They can help you with that.

Have the opportunity to lower your debts down to as low as 50% of what you owe!* How great would that be?

They will even give a Service Fee Money Back Guarantee** (based on certain criteria)

Better than all of this is the fact that they offer a great alternative to bankruptcy. That alternative includes debt consolidation or credit counseling.

Yes, their "Debt Reduction Program" is a great solution for consumers who are struggling with large debts with seemingly no way out. This method uses debt negotiation to dramatically lower the total debt that you owe and to also reduce your monthly payments. They claim that their goal is to save you the most possible money and to get you debt free in the shortest amount of time.

Theycan help you save more money than you can possibly save with simple Consumer Credit Counseling. While doing this they are protecting you from the harsh impacts of bankruptcy. This is said to be the best solution for most consumers with serious debt concerns.

All of this also affords you the opportunity to have just one Simple Monthly Payment rather than the many payments that you have on a monthly basis now. That is pretty great in itself!

Well, why not try out the opportunity to lower your debt, lower your payments, get out of debt and learn how to stay out of debt.

Arkansas Razorbacks - and the Law!

The Arkansas Razorbacks are less than a week from beginning practice and they are having their problems off of the field.

Rumor's are that ESPN Game Day is coming to campus this fall and they are going to set up in front of City Jail instead of the campus. Expect to see more Razorbacks there than at the field.

Kids make mistakes - football is not the most important thing in life - Life goes on!

Arkansas a good and Hot Place to live

Just came back from a family trip for reunion to Texas Panhandle. I used to live in Texas and think that it was hot. Well it is hot but not miserable.

While there in the late afternoon and evening we could sit in the shade with the 20 mile an hour wind blowing and be comfortable even if it was in the 90's. Drove back to Arkansas and attempted to sit on the back porch in the late afternoon in the shade. The temperature was about 93 and the humidity was about 75%.

Sweat was dripping in about five minutes and it was miserable.

Arkansas is a good place to live but 92 hurts worse here than it does in Texas Panhandle

Who are the Bloggers

I often wonder - who are the majority of the casual bloggers. Those using the freebie or not so freebie sources. Those that make an occasional dollar blogging. Those that are not associated with national syndications or publications.

Is it men or is it women.

Is it 30 and below or is it 30 and above.

Married or single - Mommy blogger or Daddy Blogger.

Just thoughts that run through my mind.

Peace of Mind - NAA Life is America's top source for mortgage life insurance.

If someone mentions cheap term life insurance note that the word cheap is in the price not the quality of the product. Being in the lending business I have the opportunity on a daily basis to offer term life insurance to my customers. I try to always make sure that they are aware of its value.

Term life insurance is an inexpensive way to provide some comfort for you loved ones if something happens to you. This is especially important if you are the major "bread winner" in the family. Wouldn't it be nice to know that if something suddenly happened to you that your wife and children would not be faced with trying to figure out how to make the mortgage payment or pay the other debts.

With the proper amounts of term life insurance those things would be taken care of.

This is the way it would be if you have NAA Life’s mortgage insurance. It is not just a piece of paper, it’s an investment in peace of mind.

This peace of mind can be had in many areas including the following mortgage insurance ,
mortgage protection insurance , and even just straight up life insurance.

All of the above is reason why you should look to NAA Life is America's top source for mortgage life insurance.

Don't you think it is time to check them out now. Get your peace of mind!

If your not sure what term life insurance is check out what the company says:

Death is the worst emotional loss a family can suffer. All too often, the financial hardship that follows can make that burden seem unbearable. Term life insurance pays your family a cash benefit in the event of your death.
Why is Term Life Insurance so important?

Because your family depends on you. What would happen if you died tomorrow? Could they pay the bills? Could they afford the funeral expenses? Without your support, how would they get by?

It's not a pleasant subject, but death is often unexpected. Planning ahead is the only way to protect your family from hardship if the unmentionable should occur. More importantly, it's a way of showing your love and support during their most difficult transition.

You can obtain a free term life insurance quote by filling out the form to your right. Our team of highly skilled term life insurance specialists will work with you to develop a plan that fits your budget and coverage needs.

Check it out - for you and your family!

Strange Post

That last post that I did came out a little strange. I was simply trying to indicate that the heat was something similar to putting your head in the oven.

When I went looking for a picture to illustrate this, the picture of the head in the oven came out. The problem is that to me it looks a little like Eisenhower.

Not sure what possessed me to use that picture. Well, so what!

My thoughts for now.

Rain - Rain

It is July in Arkansas and the rain continues to come. It usually has tapered off considerably by now. We had about 2 inches again today. That is ok until the sun comes out and then with high humidity and high temperature it is like sticking your head in a steam oven.

Can get to be just a little to hot for comfort.

Thanks for the office in July and August.

My thoughts for now.

What the Cell Phone Sees 6/07/08

Sometimes what the cell phone sees is a little surprising. This is what is seen on my front lawn. Neighbor in a hurry took out the mailbox. The cell phone decided to take this picture after the mailbox stand was back upright. However, the actual mailbox weighed more than this redneck could lift.

Therefore it is staying on the ground until the repairman comes.

Hope we have a short mailman.

Stop 1 minute and Pray - National Effort

Goal - Every Christian Stop and Pray for our nation at the same time each day!

Time: 9:00 PM Eastern Time (8:00 PM Central, 7:00 PM Mountain, 6:00 PM Pacific),
Goal: stop what you are doing and spend one minute praying for the safety of the United States, our troops, our citizens, for peace in the world, the upcoming elect ion, that the Bible will remain the basis for the laws governing our land and that Christianity will grow in the US.
_____________________
Received from a friend and it is true, this is the scariest election we as Christians have ever faced and from the looks of the polls, the Christians aren't voting Christian values.

We all need to be on our knees.

Do you believe we can take God at His word?

Call upon His name, then stand back and watch His wonders to behold.

This Scripture gives us, as Christians, ownership of this land and the ability to call upon God to heal it.

I challenge you to do so.

We have never been more desperate than now for God to heal our land.

This election is the scariest I remember in my lifetime.

2 Chronicles 7:14

If my people, which are called by My name shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from Heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

During WWII, there was an advisor to Churchill who organized a group of people who dropped what they were doing every night at a prescribed hour for one minute to collectively pray for the safety of England , its people and peace.

This had an amazing effect as bombing stopped.

There is now a group of people organizing the same thing here in America .

The United States of America and our citizens need prayer more than ever !!!

If you would like to participate: each evening at 9:00 PM Eastern Time (8:00 PM Central, 7:00 PM Mountain, 6:00 PM Pacific), stop whatever you are doing and spend one minute praying for the safety of the United States, our troops, our citizens, for peace in the world, the upcoming elect ion, that the Bible will remain the basis for the laws governing our land and that Christianity will grow in the US.

Someone said if people really understood the full extent of the power we have available through prayer, we might be speechless.

Our prayers are the most powerful asset we have.

God Bless You !!!

BLESS GOD AMERICA !!!!!!!

What the Cell Phone Sees - July 2, 2008

Wandered off course on my way to a meeting the other day and ran very close to Nuclear One. This is one of the main sources for electrical power in Arkansas.

The Cell Phone thought this would make a good picture.

Made me think twice though before taking a deep breath,

Kick back - Enjoy Important things of Life

Hope everyone has a happy 4th of July. Just a reminder to be safe, be happy and take care of the things that matter in your life. Spend time with your family and friends and kick back and enjoy the holiday and the freedom that we have. With this in mind please reflect on the following and old but good reflection on life!

-------

When things in your life seem almost too much to handle, when 24 hours in a day are not enough, remember the mayonnaise jar and the 2 Beers.

A professor stood before his philosophy class and had some items in front of him. When the class began, he wordlessly picked up a very large and empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with golf balls. He then asked the students if the jar was full. They agreed that it was.

The professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into the jar He shook the jar lightly. The pebbles rolled into the open areas between the golf balls. He then asked the students again if the jar was full. They agreed it was.

The professor next picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar. Of course, the sand filled up everything else. He asked once more if the jar was full. The students responded with a unanimous 'yes.'

The professor then produced two Beers from under the table and poured the entire contents into the jar effectively filling the empty space between the sand. The students laughed.

'Now,' said the professor as the laughter subsided, 'I want you to recognize that this jar represents your life. The golf balls are the important things---God, your family, your children, your health, your friends and your favorite passions---and if everything else was lost and only they remained, your life would still be full.

The pebbles are the other things that matter like your job, your house and your car.

The sand is everything else---the small stuff. 'If you put the sand into the jar first,' he continued, 'there is no room for the pebbles or the golf balls. The same goes for life. If you spend all your time and energy on the small stuff you will never have room for the things that are important to you.

'Pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness. Spend time with your children. Spend time with your parents. Visit with grandparents. Take time to get medical checkups. Take your spouse out to dinner. Play another 18.

There will always be time to clean the house and fix the disposal. Take care of the golf balls first---the things that really matter. Set your priorities. The rest is just sand.'

One of the students raised her hand and inquired what the Beer represented. The professor smiled and said, 'I'm glad you asked.'

The Beer just shows you that no matter how full your life may seem, there's always room for a couple of Beers with a friend.'
