Holiday Themed Zenni Optical Frames are Coming to Town!

In Arkansas we use eyeglasses as conversation starters. Yes, we like to use them as fashion pieces not just for seeing.  Wow.  Is that different than any where else in the world.  Who knows?  The thing that I do know is that Christmas is over and if I had bought those great cheap eye glasses from Zenni Optical I would still have the frames that people would be talking about during that great New Years Eve party.

Yep, with that purchase I could have saved a ton of money and that would allow me to go out and by some great year end gifts for all of my friends.  I could probably buy them some sparklers and firecrackers.  Yes, firecrackers.  These firecrackers could be sparkling and firing as I walk into the party with these great glasses.

So, readers.  Do you understand?  These things are awesome.  Each one of you need to get to Zenni Optical and get your some of these great glasses for cheap prices and then we can all parade around together looking cool.  You need these because even though they are cheap, they are made with quality and they skip the middleman to get these things to us at the right price.

That is my thoughts for now.

What to Do on New Years.

Arkansas is a great place.  I think it would be neat to ring in the New Year at Mt. Magazine lodge.

Or maybe I could go to the strange town of Eureka Springs.

Or maybe I could go to Hot Springs where the gangsters used to hang out.

Or maybe I could go to Old Washington where they celebrate in old style.

Or maybe I could go to the Little Red River and go fishing.  Or maybe I could just stay home.

Probably what I will do.  But man there are things that could be done.  Maybe next year.

A Yankee Duck Story

ABSOLUTELY A TRUE STORY HEARD ON A WISCONSIN RADIO STATION REPORTING ON THE INCIDENT.

A guy buys a new Lincoln Navigator for $42,500.00 with monthly payments of $560.00. He and a friend go duck hunting in upper Wisconsin .

It's mid-winter and of course all of the lakes are frozen.

These two guys go out on the ice with their GUNS, a DOG, and of course the new NAVIGATOR

They decide they want to make a natural looking open water area for the ducks to focus on, something for the decoys to float on.

Now making a hole in the ice large enough to invite a passing duck, is going to take a little more power than the average drill auger can produce.

So out of the back of the new Navigator comes a stick of dynamite with a short 40 second-fuse.

Our two Rocket Scientists afraid they might slip on the ice while trying to run away after lighting the fuse decide on the following course of action:

they light the 40 second fuse; then, with a mighty thrust, they throw the stick of dynamite as far away as possible.

Remember a couple of paragraphs back when I mentioned the NAVIGATOR, the GUNS, and the DOG...?

Let's talk about the dog:  A highly trained Black Lab used for RETRIEVING; especially things thrown by the owner.  You guessed it.

The dog takes off across the ice at a high rate of speed and grabs the stick of dynamite, with the burning 40-second fuse just as it hits the ice.

The two men swallow, blink, start waving their arms and, with veins in their necks swelling to resemble stalks of rhubarb, scream and holler at
the dog to stop.  The dog, now apparently cheered on by his master, keeps coming.

One hunter panics, grabs the shotgun and shoots the dog. The shotgun is loaded with #8 bird shot, hardly big enough to stop a Black Lab.

The dog stops for a moment, slightly confused, then continues on.

Another shot, and this time the dog, still standing, becomes really confused and of course terrified, thinks these two geniuses have gone insane!!!!!!

The dog takes off to find cover, UNDER the brand new Navigator.

The men continue to scream as they run. The red hot exhaust pipe on the truck touches the dog's rear end.

He yelps, drops the dynamite under the truck and takes off after his master.

Then KA BOOOOOOOOOOOOM!

The truck is blown to bits and sinks to the bottom of the lake, leaving the two idiots standing there with

'I can't believe this just happened' looks on their faces.

The insurance company says that sinking a vehicle in a lake by illegal use of explosives is NOT COVERED by the policy.

And the owner still had yet to make the first of those $560.00 a month payments.

The dog is okay....doing fine.

And you thought all Rednecks lived in the South.......

Snowy Places in Arkansas

When we were having an early snow in Arkansas the other day I was contemplating where in Arkansas I would like to be stranded in.

The place that always comes to mind is the beauty of Mt. Magazine.  It is the highest elevated place in Arkansas and has a view of the world.   Maybe if I were there and it snowed I could see the snow in the entire surrounding valley.

If you are ever in that area a visit is warranted.   There is not much to do there if you are not into nature, hiking and the outdoors.  But if you are into that - it is wonderful.  If you are not into the outdoor activity it is still a great place to just kick back and enjoy God's great creation.

Quitting…

Thanks for the guest post by Jo Levy

When I quit my 9-5 and opened this painting studio I had no idea it would be such a hit. I knew I loved art and working with people but I didn’t know that spending hours and hours looking into accounting and merchant services and vendor pricing would eventually turn into a full-time business that I absolutely loved. I wish at times there were moments for me to relax and just look in at all of this but I know that if I ever stopped the business wouldn’t keep up the momentum it has. I love being able to teach others about art and really share my gift of painting with them and as it turns out, it’s a pretty profitable business model, too. I think there’s something to be said for doing what you love and then waiting for the money to follow which is exactly what I’ve learned to do over the last few years. It’s all about being happy with the way you spend your life, you know?

Proud Hogs

OK! So the hogs are not as good as LSU and Alabama.  However, there only two losses are to the top 2 teams in the nation.

Therefore, I am not sure how they should drop to #8 when they lose to LSU.

What is next for the Hogs.  Probably the Cotton Bowl playing Oklahoma State.

What are your thoughts.

Puppies vs. Babies! The Ultimate Showdown!

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Puppies vs. Babies for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

Ok! So I go to public places with my friends and they always are showing off pictures on these fancy phones that they have.  Yea! Fancy phones that have fancy pictures and I only have a cheap flip phone.   Well, I digress.  This is about the pictures that they show.  One shows pictures of their beautiful puppy.  The other shows pictures of their beautiful baby.  I have a dog that I could show but I also have a grand baby coming soon.  Guess I better get the new phone show I can brag about my dog or my phone.

Question is, which do you think is cuter, babies or puppies.   There is a great contest going on that is Puppies vs. Babies online contest.  This means that it is time for you to go out there and help the world decide the truth, Puppies vs. Babies.  You might even want to show them a picture of your puppy or baby.

Well, the contest entry is over but you still have time to help the world know whether or not PvB-CuteDar-Green-300x250-Backup.jpg

the puppy is cuter than the baby.

My thoughts are that my dog is cuter than most peoples ugly baby but that might change when this grand baby comes along.  My daughter even has a beautiful dog but when her baby comes along the dog will take a back seat.  The dog is cuter than your baby but will never be cuter than my baby

Go ahead.  Get out there and vote.  The world deserves to know. Get in the comments section and tell the world who you are going to vote for.  This is your duty to the puppies and babies of the world.

Me?  I voted for the cutest dog out there!

Deserving Eyes

Arkansas is beautiful this time of the year.  Fall and Spring are the times that you want to be able to see your best because things are beautiful.  That is when you are for sure going to want to have great eye glasses.  Who cares if they don't cost much?  Who cares if you have cheap eyeglasses?

That is right.  I said cheap.  Cheap does not necessarily mean that they are not good.  It can simply mean that you received great eyeglasses for a great price.  You did not pay an arm and a leg.  You got them cheap.

How does this happen.  Well you can get this type of bargain by getting your eyeglasses that are the ZENNI brand.  How do they give you such great value for such a cheap price.  Well, they use the latest modern materials, manufacturing and marketing systems.  They bring their product direct from the factories to the customer. They have no middlemen, no retail overhead, and practically no advertising budget.  They believe that the best advertisement is satisfied customers.  They do not pay for or sell expensive, or even inexpensive, brand names, but only our own manufactured brand ZENNI.

That is how they do it.  Therefore, if you want good and cheap, check them out.

Hogs of Fall

Willy likes fall.  If someone is wanting to have a beautiful drive and a great time they should head to Fayetteville, Arkansas.  The drive up will be beautiful and there is fun on the Hill.

There is a basketball ball game tonight and then a football game with Tennessee tomorrow.

It does not get better than that.

Stop the Complaining Arkansas Fans

The Hogs are 6 and 1 on the season.  All of the talk shows want the defensive coordinator gone because they are slow to adjust.  The Hogs are 6-1.  What is your problem.

Who cares how they get where they are.  Who cares which quarter they score their points.

The hogs are 6 and 1.

The milestone age of 60 was reached this past weekend.

There was a great surprise party pulled off by my lovely daughter and wife.  Great surprise.

I am very blessed that several friends showed up even during a Razorback game.

Making sure I don't starve in my dorm room

Guest post written by Gavin Springer

I've always been a pretty picky eater and my mom's been worrying about me a lot since I'm starting college and will have to live off of dining hall food. Well, some of it so far is OK, but I'm also a little worried about getting sick of it. Every once in a while it seems like they try to offer up something really exotic so that it will make the food seem a little less ho hum. I really hate when they do that because I like my food nice and simple, though.

I think that I might learn how to fix some food in my dorm room for myself though, so I went online to see if I could find some tips on making a few of my favorites in my own room with just a microwave. While I was looking for that, I ran across the site Getclearwirelessinternet.com and after I read through it a little bit I sent it to my mom because she wants to change our home internet service.

Well, I found a simple version of a grilled cheese sandwich recipe just using a toaster and big sandwich cheese slices. I think that will definitely come in handy.

Arkansas is a great place to live

There is nothing better than on cool day to be sitting on the back porch watching the rain come down.  The cool sultry wind allows me to set here pleasantly and watch the hummingbirds as they come and go.

I am listening to them as they're fighting and come and almost land right beside me.  The buzz of their wings is almost frightening as you stand watching them come at you.  However the beautiful birds are simply looking for food and territorial preservation.

It's saddens me as I said here on September the 22nd thinking that it's about time for the birds to go south.  It also amazes me that they may travel thousands of miles to get to their winter home.  Almost makes me wish that I might make a trip to Mexico at this time maybe the Cancun are the Myan peninsula to take in some of the warmer weather.

Guess I should forget the nonsense at this time and just remember work tomorrow work tomorrow off to work we go.

Arkansas Razorbacks - Week 3

Razorbacks are terrible.  It appears that they can't play the defense we thought they could.  We drop passes.  Hogs are weak in the offensive line.  Tyler Wilson can't throw the ball.   Bobby Petrino can't coach against Alabama.

If you hear these things say hooie.  Then say Woo Pig Sooie.

That is my thoughts for now.        sex wild hot women

Arkansas Razorbacks - Week 2

Well, Week 1 of the Razorbacks wonderful season is behind us.  What did we find out from that game?  The only true thing that we found out was do not punt the football to Joe Adams.   Otherwise we found out nothing.

Week two against New Mexico State High school.  What will we find out?   Nothing.

Question is will we be ready for week 4 when we play Alabama.  - Scares the heck out of me.

HOG FOOTBALL IS COMING

college football...2 days AWAY and counting until the Arkansas Razorbacks take the field and begin what has the makings of being a very good season.

John L Smith, Tyler Wilson, Knile Davis, Tank

Hopefully all of the hype and the grandeur will happen as expected and the Hogs will have that great year.  However,  an injury here or there could take away all of those great expectations.

All i can say right now is GO HOGS!

Petit Jean Mountain.

If you live anywhere close to Petit Jean Mountain and you have not been there then you are missing a beautiful place.  I just spent a couple of days there at the Winrock Institute but also went to Petit Jean State Park.  Here are some of the pictures that I took.

A plaque discussing the River and the Mountain and its affect on the area.  This is at the overlook of the River Valley

The Arkansas River from the Overlook.  This picture does not do justice to the view and the amount of the country that you can see.  This is simply amazing.

The rest of the Valley from the overlook.  It is almost as you are on top of the world.

Winthrop Rockefeller Institute.  A very nice conference center on top of the Mountain.  This was a time lapse picture taken after dark.  This was originally a large working cattle ranch.  The place is very nice.

Some of the Water features around the Rockfeller Institute.  These are very nice.  This is a time lapse at night of the feature.

Net10 Phones and Plans for Everyone!

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Net10 for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

What does your plan do for you.  That is what you should be asking.   Not what can I do for my cell phone plan but what can my cell phone plan do for me.  So many times it seems that we live for and are held hostage by our cell phone company and the plans that they have for us.

This is not so anymore.  You need to see the Light like many others have seen.  Yes, a real NET10 customer knows that you can get what you need with Net10 and that their Net10 Unlimited is a great deal. With it you can get nationwide coverage and unlimited talk, text, and data, for $50 a month.  Can your present company do that?  Yes NET10 does that and there are no contracts, no surprises on your bill and they don't need to check your credit.  You can see that and other options and preferences from watching this cute NET10 commercial,

You can also see what Rob has to say as a real NET10 customer.

You get all of this in plans along with the fact that they use great phones like LG like LG, Motorola, Kyocera, Nokia and Samsung.  With these phones they give you nationwide coverage and great reception.  Can you hear me now?

Check out how NET10 really works at  http://www.net10.com/ there you can find out how this is not only a great idea for your personal cell phone but it is great and useful for your business as well.

Net10 has many plans such as::

• The Easy Minutes Plus plan is an automatic minutes plan that starts at $15.00 for 200 minutes.

• With Pay-As-You-Go Plans, your minutes carry over with active service.

• Unlimited Minutes, Text and Web for $50.00/month.

The educated customer would also know that you can switch between plans each month to suit your budget and airtime needs, without penalties or fees and their Anytime air plan can be purchased online, at a nearby store, or directly from your phone.

International Long Distance also is a question that many people have.  Net10 gives you long Distance Service which is available to over 75 countries, for about 15 cents per minute on calls originated in the US.  There is also an International Neighbors program available to Canada and Mexico. This program gives you a special phone number that your family and friends can use to reach you at your NET10 number.

Phone Selection is something mentioned earlier.  They can provide all the way from simple phones for simple needs, calling and texting capabilities for under $15.00 but they can also provide phones with essential features, such as camera, video recorder, blue tooth capability, mobile web and more for under $40.00.  They have phones that have  full QWERTY keyboards, slider phones, and touch screen phones, with all the basics plus great app capabilities, camera and video recorder, web access, etc., available for under $60.00.

Have you figured out yet that this company has a good deal of options that can free you from the old statement by your company that says here is what you get.

Check out Net10.  Join them on Facebook and Twitter.

These are my thoughts for now.  Excuse me while I check out my NET10 Phone.

Roommates are Awful

Guest post from: Natalie Walter

Honestly, I was just sick and tired of living with roommates…I was too old for it and the girls I was living with were absolutely driving me crazy! I wished for the longest time I could afford to move out and get a place of my own but that wasn’t really an option until last year when my uncle passed and left me some money. I found a great little townhome and snapped it up immediately – I couldn’t wait to live alone! I had it all decked out with security features like a Http://securityCHOICE.com alarm and new deadbolts for the doors and I even had someone come in and put in crown molding so I could get better resale value out of the house. I love living by myself and not having to clean up after anyone or babysit and hope I can continue this forever without having to find a roommate to help me pay the mortgage! Living by myself was totally, one hundred percent worth it.

BlueSkyscrubs.com

http://www.blueskyscrubs.com/categories/Scrubs/Scrubs-for-Men/  Have you been to this website?  If you or anyone you know has a need to wear scrubs or even if you like to wear scrubs as an every day attire, this is a place to look at.  Yes, every where you go today you see people wearing scrubs and honestly, I believe that these people look very nice, professional and attractive.

I believe there is nothing better than to go into an office and nurses in uniform are everywhere looking sharp and getting their job done.  Well, this is what can happen to you and your office if your folks will look at blueskyscrubs.  Look at their site.  They have the scrubs for your and what you do and they can get those to you at a reasonable price.

So, back to the real question.  Do you want to look sharp, feel sharp and give off a professional appearance?  If this is true and you are finding yourself buying scrubs at higher prices than necessary then you need to get to BlueSkyscrubs and find their great selection at great prices.

Tell them I sent you and that will get you nothing, but you can do it anyway!

That is my thoughts for now.

Old Washington State Park - Have you been there?

History of the Park

Arkansas Travelers

Arkansas Travelers Baseball team is a farm team for the Angels.

Today they had one of their own get taken up to the Angels.  Skipped the farm team - AAA and went straight up because of an injury to someone else.

Can you tell me who it was.

Just a short quiz.

Home Security for Trucker Alabama.

Where is Trucker Alabama?  I do not know do you?  Maybe you live there and maybe you might want to know more about having a home security for trucker.   If you live there or most anywhere in the United States and you are worried about your home security then you might want to contact Advanced Direct Security.  They can help you with all of your security needs.

This might really be important if you have a great big screen hooked up with Direct TV .  This would give you a better peace of mind if you are away from home. You would have experts watching out for your big screen and the rest of the things in your home.  They will let you know if anyone attempts to get into your home or if there is any breach of your home by unauthorized visitors.

This is a great peace of mind.  This is something that can make you enjoy your vacation or any other time away from home.  Peace of mind is very important.  This can give you that peace of mind.

This is my thoughts for now.

Holiday over.

Fourth of July is over and hopefully no one blew off a finger or set off a massive wildfire.   It was a quiet holiday for us.  Very little excitement.  A burger, ice cream, and family was pretty much what we did.

Most excitement we had was that a neighbor decided to have a great fireworks display.  I was outside taking a few pictures from my driveway which is three doors down.  Suddenly, car lights came on from about three blocks away and a police car with lights flaring came racing up the street to the fireworks display area.

Neighbor had a great conversation with the police officer.  Police officer then raced off to his next criminal around the corner.  Must have been a slow night for real crime.

That is my thoughts for now.

Parent’s Choice Infant Formula Savings Sweepstakes

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of PBM Products for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

Arkansas is the original home of Walmart.  Walmart has grown to be a big company.  Many people complain that big companies don't do good things but many times Walmart is known to be different from that.   Walmart has helped many families with their private label infant formula which is known as Parent's Choice Infant Formula.  This has provided great infant nutrition at affordable prices.  This has been a good relationship.

Now another chapter in this is being written.  Parent's Choice will help one student and one family with the launch of the Parent’s Choice Infant Formula Savings Sweepstakes.  Yes, Parent's Choice in conjunction with PBM Products, LLC, a Perrigo company will ge giving one winner $10,000 college scholarship in the form of a College Savings 529 plan.  How great is that to be a company that possibly provided the infant formula for a young child and now to maybe provide a college savings plan for that same child.

So, if you are interested in this formula and want more information or if you are interested in entering this sweepstakes then you should visit this site and complete the necessary information.  It could mean a college education for your child.  Now that is a good thing done by a big company.

Did I mention that the date of the Sweepstakes is June 15th to August 1st.  That is important to know.  Make that deadline if you can.  This could mean an education.

Farmers Market - Conway

Nothing like a good festive atmosphere and good produce, canned goods and homemade articles at the Conway Farmers Market.

I was able to make it there this morning and was pleasantly surprised with the quality and quantity of the goods that were available.  Everything from Squash to Kale.  It all looked good.  The vendors were upbeat and enjoying what they do.  I also met a couple of young ladies from Horseshoe Mountain in Greenbrier.  One was thirteen and said that her birthday was next week.  She was a joy to talk to.

There was also an entertainer who was providing music.  Great time.

Go enjoy.

Pink Skies Over the Neighborhood

Out messing with my camera because there was nothing else to do.  I told my wife that we were going to have to move to the country so I could have a better Palette for my pictures.

However, when I brought the pictures back to the computer the one below at least had some redeeming value.

Spring

Where oh where has the cool spring gone.  The heat is horrible here in Arkansas.  Willy wishes he were up on the Buffalo River and in a canoe.  Might not be cooler but it would be funner.

If you have never been on the Buffalo - it is the only River in the United States that is a National Park. Check it out online and then come to Arkansas and check it out!

Life today

I guess life is good right where I am at But it really doesn't seem to be the what I expect from life. I have dreams of havin something like a boat And down the river I should float. But here I stand in the garden deluxe Watching it grow you wouldn't say sucks I guess I should be thankful And not b a jerk. Anything at home or play surely beats work

What a great day it would to be on the river.  Regardless of the generation and the height of the river it would be great to be there.

What do you think?

Why Fox Is My Favorite Sports Network

Contributed by Vickie Tyson

I enjoy watching a lot of pro football, particularly NFC games. Fox covers the NFC and does an excellent job of it. The pregame show that features James Brown, Terry Bradshaw, Howie Long, and Jimmy Johnson is my favorite one to watch. When I turn on my satellite TV from www.tvbydirect.com/ on Sunday morning, I find that they always give the best analysis.

As far as game commentary goes, I don't think there is a better duo out there than Joe Buck and Troy Aikman. Joe is a seasoned announcer with a smooth voice and a good eye, and Troy's experience as a Super Bowl-winning quarterback allows him to give insights that lesser players may not understand.

Fox also has top-notch post-game coverage that always keeps me up to date on everything else happening in the games I didn't watch. I find Howie Long to be especially an especially lucid and thoughtful commentator, providing a in-depth look at things from the perspective of an honest (and very talented) former player.

For the best in NFL coverage, I always choose Fox, and hey, how can you go wrong with a station that has a performing robot animation (Cletus) on the sides of the screen?

SMALL TOWNS

Those who grew up in small towns will laugh when they read this.

Those who didn't will be in disbelief and won't understand how true it is.

1) You can name everyone you graduated with.

2) You know what 4-H means.

3) You went to parties at a pasture, barn, gravel pit, or in the middle of a dirt road. On Monday
you could always tell who was at the party because of the scratches on their legs from running through the woods when the party was busted. (See #6.)

4) You used to'drag'Main .

5) You whispered the 'F' word and your parents knew within the hour.

Over the next few weeks I am going to highlight many of the festivals and fairs around Arkansas.  These will lead a person around the state and let them know the fun and the beauty of this state.  Many of these are on the list that I would like to visit.

I moved from Texas about 20 years ago and I do find Arkansas fun and beautiful.  Take in the festivals and come visit Arkansas.

Cheering on my team with my friends

Guest post written by Dawn Grant

I've made several friends over the years just from finding out that they're really big college basketball fans too. Somehow I figure out whether they are or not when I first meet them. It always comes out. I haven't really seen that many of my friends since the holidays though just because our schedules have been so busy. So I'm looking forward to this party even more.

I decided to try and find some good recipes to serve for the party because I want it to be extra special and have something else besides just chips and dip like at most of these types of parties. I want my gues! ts to enjoy both the game and the food. While I was looking up some recipes online, I found some information about enery packages and decided to sign up for one of them for our home energy service.

I've already planned to make some pulled pork BBQ sandwiches for my NCAA tournament watch party, along with some of my special homemade onion rings.

Legend of Kung Fu Package Deal

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Hiltons of Branson for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

Everyone is Kung Fu Overnightin’- Huh! Come stay at the Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing and the Hilton Branson Convention Center Hotel and see Legends of Kung Fu Show. Wow!  I live three hours from Branson and who would have thought that I would have been writing about Kung Fu Package Deal.  Yes, the reason I write about this is the fact that it is happening at one of my favorite places, Branson, and at one of my favorite places to stay there which is Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing.  Yes, my family thinks that this is a great place to stay in Branson.

Staying at the  Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing while in Branson is a treat.  It is even a greater treat to be able to stay there while enjoying the great things to do at Branson such as the shows and the great attractions at Branson.  Some of the things that we are thinking about trying out this year are things that will appeal to me and the wife such as  the 70’s Supershow feat with The Village People and Lynard Skynyrd and ZZ Top Concert.  How much fun will that be for us old folks.  However, to even it out for the younger generation we will probably throw in something like Silver Dollar City Blue Grass & BBQ and something they always enjoy which is White Water which opens July 1 this year.

So, fun for the oldies and fun for the younger ones and a Kung Fu Show also.  How can any of this be wrong in Branson.

Something for everyone is what Branson has.  Check it out.

Steak from the Street

I like good steak.  I cook steak on the grill often.  I cook all the way from a flat iron cheap steak to a porterhouse steak.  There is not a steak that I won't cook.

I cook them simple with just seasoning and charcoal or if I am in a hurry I cook them over gas grill.  I sometimes marinade them but mostly not.  How do you cook your steak?

What I want to know is whether or not the street vendor that came down the street almost peddling steaks like an ice cream truck has good steaks or whether they are junk steaks.  I package of good steaks was supposed to be $25.   My fear is the quality.  Sounds like a great price.

Anyone out there ever bought from one of these guys?

WHY GOD MADE MOMS

Answers given by 2nd grade school children to the following questions:

Why did God make mothers?
1.  She's the only one who knows where the scotch tape is.
2.  Mostly to clean the house.
3.  To help us out of there when we were getting born.

How did God make mothers?

1.  He used dirt, just like for the rest of us.
2.  Magic plus super powers and a lot of stirring.
3.  God made my mom just the same like he made me.  He just used bigger parts.

What ingredients are mothers made of?

1.  God makes mothers out of clouds and angel hair and everything nice in the world and one dab of mean.
2.  They had to get their start from men's bones.  Then they mostly use string, I think.

Why did God give you your mother and not some other mom?

1.  We're related.
2.  God knew she likes me a lot more than other people's mom like me.

What kind of a little girl was your mom?

1.  My mom has always been my mom and none of that other stuff.
2.  I don't know because I wasn't there, but my guess would be pretty bossy.
3.  They say she used to be nice.

What did mom need to know about dad before she married him?

1.  His last name.
2.  She had to know his background.  Like is he a crook?  Does he get drunk on beer?
3.  Does he make at least $800 a year?  Did he say NO to drugs and YES to chores?

Why did your mom marry your dad?

1.  My dad makes the best spaghetti in the world.  And my mom eats a lot
2.  She got too old to do anything else with him.
3.  My grandma says that mom didn't have her thinking cap on.

Who's the boss at your house?

1.  Mom doesn't want to be boss, but she has to because dad's such a goof ball.
2.  Mom.  You can tell by room inspection.  She sees the stuff under the bed.
3.  I guess mom is, but only because she has a lot more to do than dad.

What's the difference between moms and dads?

1.  Moms work at work and work at home and dads just go to work at work.
2.  Moms know how to talk to teachers without scaring them.
3.  Dads are taller and stronger, but moms have all the real power 'cause that's who you got to ask if you want to sleep over at your friends.
4.  Moms have magic, they make you feel better without medicine..

What does your mom do in her spare time?

1.  Mothers don't do spare time.
2.  To hear her tell it, she pays bills all day long.

What would it take to make your mom perfect?

1.  On the inside she's already perfect.  Outside, I think some kind of plastic surgery.
2.  Diet.  You know, her hair.  I'd diet, maybe blue.

If you could change one thing about your mom, what would it be?

1.  She has this weird thing about me keeping my room clean.  I'd get rid of that.
2.  I'd make my mom smarter.  Then she would know it was my sister who did it not me.
3.  I would like for her to get rid of those invisible eyes on the back of her head.
