I am in the home lending industry. One of the hottest topics of the day is the Housing Stimulus.
I know of several people who are buying at this time to get the benefits of this tax credit. This is a relief to them to be able to get the home bought but to also have some money for things like furnishings and other things.
If someone is thinking about buying a home for the first time or if it is the first home that you have owned in three years, this is the time to do it. Just think of it. There is available to you up to an $8,000 tax credit that you can get for buying that home. That is just like being able to get $8,000 to use as you see fit. How can that be wrong.
