I don't know about most of you but my bracket is about busted. It is amazing that there can be so many company man hours spent on a basic project such as this that people say wastes company time.
Well my thoughts are this... My company spent thousands of dollars for meetings last year that were supposed to bring us together as a team and build comradre as team members. It did'nt work that well.
There is more discussion, more comadre, and more togetherness build and felt by the employees through the NCAA bracket game then there are through the money that the company spends to gain the same. This is mostly done through email, snail mail and online games.
Yes the time spent is non productive time away from the daily grind.
