Late winter and early spring is a great time to watch for bald eagles in Arkansas.. I have seen them along the Little Red River.They have been sighted around a sewer pond in Searcy.
A few years ago there were many of them around a lake in Center Ridge.
Many of the lakes have eagle watch cruises.
