It is interesting what things get taken to court. I have been called to be a witness in a trial which is a builder vs a home owner. The interesting thing is that the loan that I made was over 7 years ago and I have been gone from that lending institution about 6 years.
I have no idea what the law suit is about or what has gone on since. All that I know is that I have been called as a witness.
Hopefully all I have to do is to say, yes I made that loan. Yes, that was the builder and yes that was the borrower.
Hope I don't go to jail.
Just kidding.
