Just found a website that allows you to become a freelancer or to hire a freelancer for your project.
Here is my understanding of how it works. If you have a job or project that you want to outsource you can find on this website a person who is willing to do that job - for example - ghost write a "How to Book". You find a person willing to do the job. You check out their credentials and negotiate and make an offer for the job to get done.
Likewise you can offer your services on the site in the same manner. If you are a great graphics person, you could offer your services and the site would allow others to contact you for your services.
Great idea - right!
