I am always amazed at all of the personal fireworks that are shot off in Arkansas in the small and medium size communities. Most of these small towns have a ban on shooting fireworks inside the city limits. Many of these cities are very animated about this because of the safety of the citizens and the children.
Please tell me then why is it that as I write on the evening of the 4th of July all of the fireworks are going off all around us and no one is doing anything about it. Is this not a law? Should the police force not try to enforce the law?

Not sure why but that is the way it is in small town Arkansas.
